A prototype of social housing was designed in the state of Puebla in Rhinoceros 7 and was linked to ClimateStudio via Grasshopper to be able to calculate the natural lighting of the place through sensors in the program.
The project seeks to demonstrate that it is possible to improve housing conditions in Puebla through simple solutions such as solar controls. Another aspect sought is to improve the comfort of homes in aspects such as temperature control through sunlight radiation, avoiding reflectance, regulating the amount of sunlight to allow necessary activities to be carried out, saving energy taking advantage of sunlight, among others.  In Grasshopper the selection of materials was made to have precise calculation of the lighting levels.
It also seeks to highlight the importance of lighting in spaces and the improvements it can bring to health and space.
